In Game Advertising Firm JOGO Media Wins Media Group as Strategic Investor
JOGO Media Inc., a New York firm specializing in in-game advertising, has secured a round of financing from Switzerland’s largest media group, Goldbach Media AG. As a result of the transaction, Goldbach Media’s subsidiary, game mediarep AG, now holds a 25% stake of the US company. Through close cooperation both companies will expand their positions in the rapidly growing in-game advertising market. Further details of the transaction were not disclosed.

As advertising within PC, console, mobile and browser based games is becoming significantly more attractive to Advertisers, the partnership between JOGO Media Inc. and game mediarep AG offers valuable impetus to the in-game advertising market.
